Empty box

I went to my local Sephora today, few hours before closing. Bought a couple things, I don’t ever open the packaging in the store because I assume there’s a new product in there. Picked up my favorite mascara, had my products rung up and took them home.  Come home a few hours later, open the mascara box and there’s nothing in there!! I’m so upset because this mascara was a big purchase for me and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want them to think I’m lying when I paid for an empty box basically! What can I do about this??!!

The same thing just happened to me. DId you get it resolved? i have $70 worth of product missing. The store told me they cannot do anything for me. i called sephora customer service and management is doing an investigation for me. i hope they fix this problem.
