Empty Perfume

Hello!

 

Got home from work, excited to see a Sephora box waiting for me on the stairs. I worked late, had an evening shower, and got ready to spritz my newly purchased perfume. When I opened the box, and got to the perfume, the bottle was completely empty! I can smell that there was once perfume in it, but the lid was askew, and the bottle empty 😔

 

What’s the process for this?
