Empty Package

Hi, I ordered a Sol de Janeiro Jet Set and 2 samples last week, and got a notification that my package was ready. I went to pick it up but I received a completely empty package. A bit disappointed because I was hoping to have it ready for a friends birthday; I would like it to be re-sent or at the very least, a complete refund.
