Empty Box

I am so very bummed! My order arrived to the wrong house. After confirming the address was correct and walked around my neighborhood block only to find my empty parcel in someoneโ€™s yard. I have none of my items. 

I reached out to customer service for a reship, but they are unwilling to help with a reship or refund and advised me to make a claim. I just want my items. It was a $300 order!

 

Sephora has done absolutely nothing to help, lovely support agent but zero support from the backend team. I am so upset!!

@PetraPetraPetra You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
