Empty Box

Hello to everyone reading this. Unfortunately, as I noticed from other posts by Sephora members, I received an empty package, I ordered two perfumes for myself and my husband, Dior Sauvage and Dior Jadore, but the box contained only a wrapper, an advertisement and 2 samples. Its outrageous, I dont know if its a mistake or who stole these perfumes from the box during delivery, but the chat support said they would process the refund, but in a minute they cant because the system does not allow it... Horrible...
