Seriously, What has happened to this store? I remember late 90s/early 2000’s Sephora was a wonderland. Employees were all amazing MUAs, who genuinely seemed to love their job, were excited to explore make up with you. I couldn't give Sephora my money fast enough. 

Present day Sephora is a nightmare I only endure if I am completely out of a product, and can’t wait for it directly from the brand. 

The employees simply treat customers like an inconvenience .  My experience today, at Willowbrook Mall Sephora in NJ, was the final straw for me. I couldn’t find one employee that wasn’t on their phone or engaged in a personal conversation. I finally waited patiently for two employees to finish a conversation, and ask if they can help me with a fragrance. The nastiness and distain😆😆😆  it was actually funny

I don’t need to feel like I am bothering someone when I am trying to spend 300+ dollars on cologne.  I walked down the corridor, and gave my money to Bloomingdale's instead.
