How can I enter the sephora survey with a emailed receipt? It doesn't have the section 1, 2, 3, 4 part on the email. Thanks!

Thank you so much Laurie! Yes, a survey was included to this receipt! Unfortunately, I passed the valid date. But this is great to know for purchases in the future!

I am having the same problem. How do I enter the emailed receipt information since the survey only has the hardcopy. I do not understand why this had to be PMed rather than solved first hand?
