Am I the only one who never received any mail offer for this sale nor an email with my code? I haven’t received anything on it. I’m not even able to go to the store if I wanted to because I have no card. Is there anything that can be done to help this?

This promotion is valid between Fri 8/24 - Mon 9/3 for Rouge members and the promotion code is YESROUGE.
