Email Changed / Points stolen

At 5:28 AM Sep 24, someone changed my email, and redeemed 5 x $100 gift card using my points that I have taken years to earn. About 13,000 points!

 

I had phone customer service and because the account doesn’t associate with my email anymore, they were not able to find me in the system. Luckily I was able to provide a screenshot of my digital card associated with my email prior to the hacker’s email change. They were able to re-link it. So ladies, if this happen to you. Make sure you have your digital card or card number on hand!

 

I was able to find out from customer service the email it got changed into. It was an email and name that I did not recognize. I provided all the evidence and contacted them as soon as I found out. It’s taking so much long than I thought. I really hope this gets escalated.
