I bought one e-gift card Sephora sent me an email with no card, I had to call 866-286-1262 where I waited forever to be helped, my card got charged 3 times but the agent was very persistent that it was only twice and hung up on me. With this poor service I don’t know why people even shop at Sephora. Very very disappointed.
