EXPIRED POINTS

I have recently logged in to order and found out over 500 points of mine have disappeared. I am very  disappointed that after years of being a loyal customer, I wasn't even notified that this would happen. 

It's very very  sad as I didn’t  do a lot of shopping due to covid.

I have loved purchasing from Sephora but now this makes me want to purchase directly from the companies .

Would be glad if some one could look into it. Called customer care but they were of no help!

you’re not alone. I’m just gonna spend whatever points I have left and find someone else to spent my thousands of dollars a year with (for Years) because they took my points away, my hard earned points.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Points only expire if your account has been inactive for the 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I will look into it then send you a PM.
