EXCEPTION delivery status

Hi! I got a notice yesterday (11/05) regarding my stuff that they’re “out for delivery.” It never got delivered. Went to bed & got a notification that it’s been delivered at 0300 this morning. I thought that was odd so I checked our mailbox and NOTHING. Tracked the order again this morning and it says “EXCEPTION- awaiting delivery scan.” What does this mean exactly? It’s been 8 days and my stuff are still not here. Disappointed.

Hi , yesterday the same happen to me , it was saying at the morning that my package is out for delivery but today it saying exception, awaiting delivery scan , I ordered a package July 1 . What to do?
