ERROR MESSAGE UPON CHECKOUT.

Hello,

I had all my items in my cart ready to check out officially and when I would click "check out", a message would appear on both the App (iPhone) and on the website which was open on my computer and it would say "There was an error moving to the purchase info page". I refreshed and I closed the application numerous times and there was no change. What can be done about this? I would like to purchase my items. Thank you.

I also have the same issue with the payment. It continues to appear messages saying that my information on the card has been wrong. However, I enter the right number, also I did try several ways like removing the app or purchasing on the websites
