ELEVEN DAYS my order has been processing

I understand you are having a hard time fulfilling orders but my $230 order has been at a standstill for eleven days. At the time I placed my order it said flash shipping would not be affected. I placed an expensive order on the 10th of November and on the 14th I got an email stating it'd be another 2 or 3 business days. It's well past THAT timeframe now and I'm now out of town for the holidays and worrying my order will be dropped on my doorstep soon while I'm not home. 

Very disappointing service with no explanation or compensation.
