EARNEXTRA wasn't applied

Spent over 75$ to get the 500 points and made sure the code was in there, but it hasn't shown up yet. Not sure what to do, I made sure it didn't disappear even when i applied one of the offer codes for the charlotte lippie, it was still on there 😕
