E-mails Not Being Received

Last year I received the regular mail notification about the VIB coupon in December, but the email with the promo code never arrived. I called Customer Service & they updated my account to receive emails. However, I rarely receive any Sephora emails. I have to check my app for shipping notifications, new products, etc. Can someone please PM me to check my account & hopefully clear this issue up? Yes, I've checked my spam folder & account settings on my end. Thanks!
