E-gift card not working

I bought an e-gift card online, but when I click on the card link, it displays an error message: We are unable to display the details for this gift card at this time. Please contact customer support at 855-741-1209 for assistance. I’m not in the US, and I want to give it as a Christmas gift. Please help!!
