E-Gift Card Unable to be Processed

I have placed an order late last night for an e-gift card but received an email from Sephora stating: "We're sorry. We were unable to process your eGift Card order from Sephora Canada. Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution." I'm confused as to why this is happening and how long will a refund take? Please do not reply telling me to contact cashstar.

I'm sorry to hear this. We do not have any insight into e-gift card transactions, as those are managed directly by Cashstar, the e-gift card customer support team. You will need to contact them directly at > https://sephora.cashstar.com/self_service/v2/about/customer_support/contact or email > sephoragiftcardsupport@cashstar.com.
