Dyson air wrap limited edition

Did anyone buy an air wrap during the Sephora sale that was defective? I've had it for approx 2 weeks now, it keeps flashing red. I've only used it a couple of times. I cleaned the filter and once I turn it up to the highest setting, it would automatically turn off. I thought it was too hot, waited for 20 mins and same thing happened. 
any ideas what to do?

Hi. I purchased the Dyson air wrap ceramic pop when it was on sale. Currently having the same issue and Sephora won’t exchange it..

im hoping it wasn’t a bad batch of air wrap that were on sale.

were you able to get a new air wrap?
