Duplicate submission error message

I just tried to write a review and post a couple pictures for the Patrick Ta Extra Dimensions II palette… I never got a confirmation message that my review was posted it just logged me out so I went to write a very similarly  worded review and got an error message saying it was a “duplicate submission”. Does this mean the first review is pending or waiting for approval? I feel silly because I tried to write it multiple times not realizing what I had just done haha I think I panicked.
