Duplicate Samples

I totally get that samples run out and have to be substituted. I have never been bothered by this and have even discovered some great products I wouldn't have chosen for myself this way. But the order I got yesterday had one of my samples substituted for another sample I that I had picked, so I ended up with two. This seems a little counterintuitive since it exposes me to one less product, which is the purpose of samples.
