Drybar mixologist styling iron

Bought the Drybar Mixologist interchangeable styling iron in the Sephora Store at Brickell City Centre in December on sale. I opened it after a few months and does not work at all. I went into my buyer history but it doesn’t show up in my orders so I don’t know if I’ll be able to return it.
