Dry Shampoo Foam from OUAI can exploded

Hi,

I was gifted with OUAI products including Dry Shampoo Foam and the entire can exploded in my hands and it wouldn't stop. As you can see a lot of product came out, and I have no idea how this happened... It's upsetting because it was a gift and I really wanted to try it out. Is the best way to contact OUAI or Sephora? Is there anything that can be done?

Was it shipped via UPS Air Saver? I had a promo code sample of FAB Barri Air Cream 'splode on me like that. Both your dry shampoo and my moisturizer are very aerated textures. Liquids that have an aerated formula (and aren't properly sealed as was in my situation), are very susceptible to the air pressurization changes during flight.
