Drunk Elephant Protini pump

The pump on my moisturizer does not work. I pump it and no product comes out. I have opened it up and there is still plenty of product inside (have only used it a few times) Any ideas on how to fix this issue??

My lala pump is defective , i think the pump is missing the white little cap :(( any idea how to fix it ?
