Dried Out Mascara and Sample not full

I recently bought several different products from Sephora and received my samples (for 100 beauty points each). One sample item was Anastasia mascara sample size. I was disappointed to see that the sample was very dried out. I kept pumping it hoping to wake up the mascara, but to no avail. That was 100 points. The other trial-size sample —Tatcha Dewy skin Cream came 3/4 full. I would really like to have my 100 points put back to my account (for the mascara), and another sample of Tatcha sent to me. I spent a lot of money on my past order. I expected at least full samples. Another issue was with one of the perfume sprays I ordered. The box had been opened And it did not look full. Really not sure what to do here. Help, please!
