Dr. Lara Devgan packaging?

Does anyone know how the Dr. Lara Devgan platinum long lash serum is packaged? I received mine and it was not sealed and the tube was white, not silver like the pictures. I also checked her website and I don’t see any white tubes. What’s weird is the tube also had a barcode sticker on it which was practically scratched off and it came opened. It’s my first time purchasing it so I wasn’t sure if this is the normal packaging for them. My replacement is on its way but I don’t want to use this product if it’s not authentic. I would think a 150 dollar product would come sealed. If anyone purchased, let me know! Thanks!

Hello,

I received my replacement and it’s the same as the first one I’m questioning. I looked at reviews on Sephora from the past few months and others received theirs in a box and their tube is platinum silver- not silver-ish, basically white. The tube doesn’t even have her logo. 

Is it safe to assume this is not authentic? I reached out to Dr. Lara Devgan’s Customer Service as well to see if their packaging changed. I will most likely return the item(s) as I bought an extra as a gift but don’t feel comfortable gifting.
