Downhill Business

Sephora is by far one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. They have gotten worse after the strike but were still difficult. They have lost 3 packages of mine in the past couple months and do not tell you they’re lost unless you start questioning it. These were Christmas presents, birthday presents and limited edition or sale items that cannot be replaced. I waited 30 days for a package and they said it was moving but it was not. The return policy is also ridiculous. Only 30 days to return from SHIPPING date I have to get a refund??? The chance something even gets here in 30 days is slim. They also never put in rewards items and keep sending empty samples. Something needs to change because things are getting lost or coming incorrectly and I’m genuinely going to have to stop buying from here because things come rotten or broken from sitting so long that is if they even get here. Return policy needs to change.
