Double points not received?

I placed my order and the promotion is double points on online orders until 1/12. I placed and received my order but the points were not double. Also am I able to add my insider points to my online order? I am unable to travel so I use the online ordering.

The card with the play box can only be redeemed in store; it's a way for clients to be able to find products in store or have a mini tutorial from the cast members! There's a little paragraph on the back of the card with the information
