Double charge

I am being charged for my orders twice! I've contacted your customer service via chat and they've told me that this is because an authorization hold is held until order is shipped and that this is my bank's issue. I've already talked to my bank 3 times and they have confirmed me that my funds were cleared NOT held plus they're STILL trying me charged for some orders I've already paid for, but I don't have any funds in that debit card anymore. I wish someone in the sephora team would gave me a solution and reimburse my money.

Hi. I was double charged when I bought my daughter rare beauty illuminating concealer. My bad that I did not checked the receipt but I found out just when we get home and mall is closed already.
