Double Charged?

Hello! I was charged twice for my last order - when I payed for the order and when the order was shipped (it was shipped by two packages, and I was charged for the first and for the second packages separately). I emailed Sephora Customer Support and no one answered. I went to the bank to ask for the detailed purchase list, and it was charge, not an authorization of the card. Thank you!

Hi there @Anonymous. With split shipments, the first charge is the authorization, and you aren't charged until your items shipped. That initial auth of the full amount should settle off of your account. I will send you a message to follow up.
