DoorDash and sephora refusing refund for return

Please help! I’m beyond upset and frankly aggravated and saddened. I ordered from Sephora a $374.00 order and  used DoorDash to deliver same day since it’s hard for me to get around and thought it was a good idea. Little did I know I’d be getting my money and products stolen from DoorDash and Sephora. Whomever is responsible? One says one thing another says the other. Idk but was told and says on receipt after I returned all the items I bought to the store it says Sephora accepts the return and DoorDash does the refund in 5-7 buisness days. It’s been couple days and I contacted DoorDash and they acted like they had no idea I even returned the items. I told them I changed my mind after one agent on DoorDash asked why I returned them. Then the next agent I talk to has an attitude and I show pics of my receipts and everything and am being treated like I’m a thief!!  And then closes the chat quickly without helping me and in a rude way. It has been a run around and I’m exhausted and mentally exhausted. Why ? Someone please just give me my money back! 300 plus is alot of money I don’t have just extra money to give and let people steal. Please helppppp!!
