To whom it may concern,

I hope this message finds you well! My name is Shannon Foster, and I’m a parent volunteer reaching out from Coalfield School as we prepare for our homecoming festivities. 

As part of the festivities, my daughter is hosting a silent auction to raise funds for classroom resources and extracurricular activities. We would be truly grateful if your business would consider donating an item, service, or gift certificate to be included in our auction. We would love to be able to auction off certificates from multiple, if not all, of your attractions in the Smoky Mountains.

Your generous contribution will not only help support Coalfield's students and programs but will also be recognized in our event materials, reaching around 200 attendees, along with our broader school community.

If you’re able to contribute, please let me know by August 30th, and we would be happy to arrange pickup or provide a donation receipt for your records.
