Does it actually exist: FLASH 2-Day Shipping for Rouge customers

Hi Rouge members,

 

I am wondering if anyone actually receives Sephora order (placed under the Rouge profile) within 2 business days per the FLASH 2 day shipping guidelines. (See below for program details.) I placed an order on Tues 10/16 and it is scheduled for delivery on Wedn 10/24 (which I struggle to reconcile as anywhere close to 2 business days - that is 6 business days later). This is not the first time this has happened to me; in fact, I feel like this is a standard for most of my orders. I first qualified for Rouge during the holidays last year when shipping expectations were lengthened due to increased volumes, but this order (placed this week) and the past order I completed (Aug) have not been anywhere close to 2 day shipping.

 

Has anyone else had this problem - or better yet, has anyone else figured out a way to successfully redeem 2 day shipping?

Here's what I'm understanding FLASH 2 day shipping to be: (via https://www.sephora.com/shipping-information)

-Shipping Costs & Delivery Times. Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed.

- Shipping Method. FLASH 2 Day Shipping. Total delivery time (including processing time): 2 business days.

You’re totally right. I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten one in two days. Most of the time they merely start shipping within two days and I assumed that I misunderstood. Sucks.
