Does flash shipping work for anyone?

I placed 4 orders recently, two came already both days after the 2 days flash shipping, currently 2 orders also suppose to be flash shipping will be well past the 2 days currently going to be 5/6 days according to tracking. Is anyone actually getting their orders in two with the paid flash shipping ? I know shipping for everything is delayed but if you pay for a service shouldn’t it be delivered as promised or at least close to? I get faster free shipping as a diamond member from Ulta and don’t pay anything for the shipping.
