Does anyone else not receive their samples?

It's the main reason I order online - I live within a few minutes of a store. In the last year or so, I've noticed a drastic reduction in the rate of receiving my samples (let alone the ones I actually chose.) A lot of the time I'll open my package, and go to shake it out thinking one is stuck in the creases and nothing falls out - not even one sample. They can't be completely out of every sample and not be able to send ANY? Why bother offering them if you can't follow through?

Same here. I just received my order and am missing the samples along with the item I chose from a promo code. I only received the item I ordered. How disappointing! That is the main reason I choose to order online rather than going to a physical store.

Same…Sephora at Kohl’s just down the road.

 

And when I do get samples, they are almost NEVER what I requested. It’s getting maddening! I’m about done with Sephora. I can get ‘almost’ everything I need at Ulta and I get really good cash back benefits with them.

 

I’ve been a Sephora shopper for what seems like forever. It breaks my heart that I’m even considering leaving due to these bait and switch tactics.

I know, I don’t think I’ll be spending the $1000 to qualify for rouge this year either. They’ve taken away all of the benefits I care about anyways - no free make overs and shipping is free whether you’re rouge or not. Ordering the products from the actual brand seems to be a better option.
