Does Sephora offer a rain check?

Hi wthere,

 

I ordered a blush last night during the final hours of a the rouge sale and got an email this morning that the blush has been cancelled.

 

upon checking the product, it looks like it’s still in stock through the app.

 

would it be possible to apply a one time code for 20% as I still want to order it?
