have you used this program before?

I read that you have to clean your packaging and remove all product. And that they accept small bottles, tubes, pumps, etc.

How to clean such small containers that often have a tiny opening for the product to come out? Especially small tubes? And sometimes the top/dispenser doesn’t twist off of glass bottles..

or will they accept if you did the best you could in removing as much product as you could?

For small tubes I will cut off the tops with some scissors and using a small spatula to scoop out the remaining product
