Do not buy from Sephora

I would highly recommend against purchasing any colognes or perfumes from Sephora. I received a damaged bottle of Tom ford Tuscan leather which is a $440 bottle. The cap was broken and it had leaked, customer support is blaming me even though I reached out immediately and told them exactly the problem. This is disgusting behaviour from what is supposed to be a respected company. Blaming the customer for your own mistake or the shipping company mistaken is disgusting. I was robbed of $440 and end up with no refund or cologne. Do not purchase from them.
