Do free makeovers with product purchase still exist?

Iโ€™ve noticed the full face makeover has gone up in price from $50 to $60. There is nowhere in the description that it is complimentary with the purchase of $60 worth of product as it always has been. Has Sephora really made the terrible customer service decision to take away this service and expect customers to pay $60 regardless of product purchases?

@VelvetCupcake1  Previous services were not free but complementary with a product purchase of a certain amount. The new services are different from the free with purchase services you have received in the past. During these new services, you will receive an elevated experience which includes a one-on-one, uninterrupted and personalized appointment performed by a specially trained Beauty Advisor. These Beauty Advisors have been given further specialized training on how to meet your makeup and product needs.

Free and complimentary are the same thing. Thats a lot of semantics you have used that havenโ€™t answered my question exactly but with all the Mumbo jumbo Iโ€™m going to go ahead and assume that you have taken a major step back and have erased a great service for your customers. Shame on Sephora.

This is crazy I have been a beauty insider since 2014 I never use my points and we canโ€™t even use our points to get a discount or a free service. Iโ€™ve never tried it and Iโ€™m definitely never trying it for $60. So sad real customers who have spent thousands are not offered a free service.

Furthermore, reducing services is one thing, but, trying to convince customers that it is somehow better is just plain insulting.

Girl! If I got that response I would have been like. "Yea, I am going to receive elevated service...at Ulta! No more $1,000 per year spending for me. Rouge out!"
