Do I have two Sephora accounts?



I shopped in store the other day, put in my phone number, and the associate said I have 300ish points.


I didn’t think of it much at the time but then the next day opened the app and saw that I only have 140 or so points (I did not redeem any in store)

I called customer support and they told me I must be using two different emails, but I really don’t think that’s the case. I think one of my accounts is phone-based (what I’ve used at physical stores) and the other is email-based (which explains the app/me being logged in while shopping online). 

can someone please look into this for me? Id really love to merge the two accounts. Thanks so much!!
