Displeased Customer

I am not happy at all about losing my points at the end of December. I had something like 696 points. I had not used them because of the tester type items that I was offered. They weren't appealing. If I got an email regarding the point expiration, it must have gone to my junk mail folder. Now I guess Sephora will also be going to the trash and I will stick with Ulta, thanks for nothing, Sephora! I won't be a customer in the future either! BTW, the customer service in your stores is horrendous! You are made to feel like you are putting the sales people out when you ask for help!
