Disgruntled with Rewards Bazaar

For months, I have been logging on and hitting refresh the second my clock hits 9amPT/12ET and every time everything is sold out. Immediately. I don't understand how that's possible?  Every single time, every single product? I know they are limited edition, but come on?!  Sometimes there are 200 units listed...how is it possible that 200 people hit refresh and added to cart before me when I was on there RIGHT as the clock turned? And I don't just mean things I'm interested in, I mean everything. I've never even a higher point item available.

Hi @DisgruntledHB, I'm very sorry for the disappointment and appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We understand the Rewards Bazaar is an exciting way to redeem points and it's frustrating when items quickly go out of stock. In general, items worth a higher amount of points are limited and can sell out quickly. We will continue to release additional rewards each Tuesday and Thursday around 9am PST, and I hope you're able to redeem in the near future!
