Discount code not working

I received a 20% off discount code in the mail but when I try to use, it says it's for select BI members only. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

I had the same thing happen. I would buy in store, but my item colors are only available on line.  I have the 20% off coupon too it wonโ€™t  take . ??
