Disappointing with Rewards

Good morning,

I am a VIB member and purchase almost all my beauty supplies with Sephora.  I qualify at times for higher point rewards but everytime, I actually mean every time, what I want is sold out.  It is beyond disappointing.  It discourages me to the point of stopping shopping with Sephora.  I enjoy the gifts from points but there is limited variety by vendors and always sold out.  I would love to see Dior gifts and higher point gifts not being sold out so quickly.
