Disappointing Sample Reduction

I am very disappointed that Sephora has decided to reduce the number of samples per purchase from 3 to 2.  I purchase from Sephora (sometimes at higher prices) because I value the opportunity to try new products prior to purchase via samples.  Sephora's customer service has always been the best, but I fear that this is the beginning of a pattern of decline.   My most recent purchase contained NONE of the samples I requested with my order.  The writing is on the wall, unfortunately.  I am an online shopper, so no, I will not ever go into a Sephora store to request samples.

We noticed that you posted this in multiple Groups so I had to remove them and I moved this one to Customer Support. Moving forward, we recommend posting anything that is Customer Service related in the Customer Support Group. Sorry to hear that you did not receive any of your chosen samples on your last order.
