Disappointed

I had ordered the Sephora play beauty remedy boxes and a kora organics face wash, but today when I received my order it was someone else’s order with hair tools. I contacted customer service and although I did get a refund (couldn’t get new ones shipped out since the play boxes sold out) and a label to return it, I am very disappointed that there wasn’t a better resolution in this since now I have to go out and buy tape and drive to the post office and take time out of my day for a mistake that happened from Sephora’s shipping department. Not to mention this was the second time this has happened to me.
