Hello

I love being at the store! Makeup makes me feel good. Today I went to the Eaton centre Location and experienced something which I SHOULDNT HAVE.. I just went today to purchase a product I really wanted my friend had a lush cosmetic bag. After we checked out the store associate standing on the door legitimately peeped in the bag saying oh what have you got there from lush? Which was clearly a way of saying "oh hey! show me your bag I wanna make sure you're not shop lifters". I was very offended I didn't show it on my face but he checked the bag and we showed each product!! I will Never visit eaton centre store again. I rather buy something online than going in store and be insulted like this.

Oh wow that sounds just horrible. I'm in Toronto as well, although I don't frequent the Sephora at Eaton's. I usually go to either the Sephora at Fairview or Scarborough Town. The former has good customer service but the latter would probably be comparable to the service you described at Eaton's. In my opinion the Sephora at Bloor St West has the best customer service, try and go there instead as much as possible xx
