Disappointed

Greetings Sephora people!

I am a Rouge member, which I know you know means I spend a lot of money at Sephora for things for me & for my daughters, too.  We LOVE your store & buy most things via the website.  & that is why I am writing.  I drove to the store the other day to return a couple of items & was sent away.  Apparently you have changed your policy & cannot take things back.  That is daunting!  Would you lay out $90.00 on something if you couldn’t take it back if it didn’t live up to expectations?

I am scared to buy things now for fear that they won’t work & I won’t be able to return them.  I understand that I can return things up to a few months but that is not enough...thank you!

Generally, items purchased online through Sephora US can be returned by mail or to your local Sephora store within 60 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method, and within 90 days for online store credit. In Canada, this return time frame is 30 days.
