Disappointed that I did not get my sample!!!!

Hi there,

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but when I placed my last order I was missing one sample....I know for a fact I picked it. It was there when I cashed out but when I went back to look at my order it wasn't there anymore.  I always buy on line and love opening up the box to get all my goodies including my samples but was very disappointed this time. Not happy 🙁
