Disappointed in customer service.

Sephora delivered the wrong order to me. It said delivered but I only found the package weeks after, just to find products that I DID NOT order. Customer service refuses to offer any compensation despite my order being completely wrong. Now I am paying so much for something I never received. Absolutely disappointed and I do not recommend and will not be shopping here again.
